Refund Policy

We do not allow refunds for any items.

We will gladly exchange item(s) or give you store credit, within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Your store credit doesn’t expire so you’re free to use it anytime.

When exchanging an item, please make sure all original tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in soft packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been damaged.

If you need to cancel an order please call/email us within 48 hours. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.

In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately! Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won’t accept damaged returns after that.
